Step 1) Book a consultation: Try on your garment in-store. Our tailors will listen to what you’re looking for. Whether you want a hem shortened or a more fitted look, we’ll offer guidance from our decades of experience. Sometimes, the changes you’re looking for might not suit the fabric of the garment or create the best fit. Luckily, our employees are always willing to lend an expert word of advice. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your clothes.

Step 2) Tailoring: After agreeing on the necessary adjustments for your garment, we’ll begin to tailor your garment. Our expert tailors will measure, cut, and sew your garment as needed. They’ll match the color of the thread so nobody will even notice the changes. The goal of our tailoring services is to make everything as cohesive as possible. 

We’ll let you know what day in advance your garment will be ready. Expect a wait time or a few days to a couple of weeks at most. Keep in mind that this depends on the amount of changes you’re looking to make. Sometimes, we may need extra time, depending on the amount of customers interested in our tailoring services. If there’s something you need as soon as possible, just let us know. We’ll try to be as flexible as possible to suit your needs. 

Step 3) Pickup: Once your garment is complete, you’ll be able to swing by and pick it up. You’re more than welcome to try on your garment for last-minute alterations if necessary.
